PURĀṆA NAVA

Experience

Stay curious.

Purāṇa Nava is experienced through food, making, exploration and connection — at whatever pace suits the day.

A long timber table laid with rice and vegetable curries in clay bowls

Dining

A journey from clay pot to contemporary Sri Lankan table.

Dining begins with traditional cooking methods — clay pots set over a dhara lipa, slow wood heat — and develops into modern Sri Lankan cooking.

Farm-grown produce, cinnamon, tropical fruits and vegetables sit at the centre of it, with anything we don't grow coming from small local suppliers.

Explore where your food comes from.
